WAD Training Center
was established in April 2000 whit the intention to work for institutional strengthening of NGOs and individual advance of people working for social benefit. Existing by now for more then two years, TC has its popularity out of the non-profit sector, too. More than 3000 people from different spheres of social, political life and business had received trainings and tuition in more than 200 trainings conducted. WAD Training Center offers trainings and consultancy related to organizational and financial strengthening of NGOs, fundraising, know-how, and partnership.
Mission and Aims
WAD TC offers different possibilities for tuition and trainings aimed at approving gender equality as a preliminary condition for sustainable development of Bulgarian society.
The trainings are directed to changing attitudes, improving gender sensibility of the society and overcoming gender differences.
Offered trainings helps for prosperity and stability, and capacity building in the field of organizational and civil culture. They are designed for NGO's staff, for the representatives of the official and local authorities, institutions and political parties.
